There is a plugin that you can install on WordPress to help you easily import posts from other blogs there are so many of them you can do a search and read the reviews to pick the easiest one. Next you need to go to your blogger dashboard and export your blog - go to Settings > Other > Blog Tools > Export Blog.
I do need to warn you that if you have a lot of comments on your Blogger blog, you might end up losing them, especially if you're using the default commenting system from Blogger.
